Keith is a Certified Arborist and holds leadership roles in several industry organizations. manager. Joe was among the first ICPI certified hardscape installers in Atlantic
Canada. And was actively involved in developing the first Certified Landscaper,
Paver Test Module. For the past 17 years, he has been the trusted
representative for Oaks Landscape Products, specializing in pavers, slabs, and
retaining walls. At this event, Joe will be sharing his expertise on Polymeric Sand, offering
insights gained from decades of hands-on industry experience.
Outside of work, Joe is an avid curler—he serves as President of the Wolfville
Curling Club and is co-chairing the host committee for the 2025 Olympic Pre-
Trials in Wolfville, NS.

Before joining Syngenta, Pat worked for 26 years in the role of Superintendent at Hillsdale Golf and Country Club, North of Montreal. In his time at Hillsdale, Pat hosted many prestigious events such as the Canadian Men’s Amateur Championship and CN Women's Canadian Open.
He is a past president of the Canadian Golf Course Superintendents Association and currently serves as director of the Quebec Turfgrass Research Foundation.
